Velvet

Velvet is a restrained lighting module whose softly rounded geometry and refined materiality produce a subtle, controlled distribution of light. The luminaire can be integrated flush or mounted as a surface element into a variety of finishes, allowing light to emanate gently from the module plane. The result is an even, atmospheric ambient illumination that suits both residential interiors and contract environments. The design emphasis is on unobtrusiveness and spatial integration so that the module complements architectural spaces rather than dominating them. This quality makes Velvet particularly suitable for corridors, transitional zones, hotel lobbies and office areas where a discreet yet effective lighting solution is required.

The module is manufactured from a fibre-reinforced plaster composite and accepts lamps with an E27 base; it is supplied without a lamp. Velvet is intended for wall, ceiling and recessed installation and can be combined with appropriate mounting housings and electrical components to accommodate different installation contexts. Surface finishes can be provided factory-applied in various qualities or modified on site; installation and maintenance depend on the chosen mounting solution.
