Full speed ahead
An exclusive trade fair format, specially tailored to the topics of architects, interior designers and planners: Architect@Work offers a showcase of innovations characterised by class instead of mass. In October and December 2023, the multifaceted programme, which takes place in a total of 16 countries and 31 locations across Europe, can be experienced in Stuttgart and Düsseldorf: From 25 to 26 October 2023, exhibitors will present their product innovations in architecture, technology and design in Hall 10 at Messe Stuttgart. As usual, the extensive supporting programme includes lectures by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jan Knippers (Jan Knippers Ingenieure), Dr. Stefanie Weidner (Werner Sobek), Florian Kaiser (Atelier Kaiser Shen) and Prof. Jens Ludloff (Ludloff Ludloff Architekten), among others. Thanks to the curation of Hannes Bäuerle, the special show Leicht.Bau by raumprobe also conveys the many facets of lightweight construction, including interactive experiments. Bäuerle also offers lectures, in Stuttgart as well as in Düsseldorf.
In the Rhine metropolis of Düsseldorf, Architect@Work will be held in Hall 8 B of the exhibition centre from 6 to 7 December 2023. The experts giving lectures here include Jan Kampshoff (Modulorbeat | Architekten), Julian Weyer (C.F. Møller Architects), Prof. Juan Pablo Molestina, Daniel Torakai (Werner Sobek) and Sven Aretz and Jakob Dürr (Aretz Dürr Architektur). In both cities, exhibitions by World Architects in cooperation with Architect@Work can also be experienced – such as 40 works by international members from the thematic field of lightweight construction and circular building or a photo collection on the topic of "Healthy Materials".
Tip: All lectures are accepted by the AKBW or AKNW as professional development.
