Back in the day, Ferdinand Kramer designed a handbag for his wife Lore and produced it himself. Now the label Tsatsas, together with Lore Kramer, has issued a reedition of this modern piece.

It is a well-known fact that architects are all-rounders. For be it cities or buildings, interiors or furniture, bags or fashion – an architect produces designs on all scales. At least, architects like Ferdinand Kramer do. In the 1960s he designed two handbags and an evening dress for his wife Lore, because he didn’t like what was available in the stores.

Now the Frankfurt-based bag label Tsatsas has presented the “Edition Ferdinand Kramer 1963” at the imm cologne in the context of the Stylepark Selected exhibition. The series is based on the design by Ferdinand Kramer and was developed in close collaboration with Lore Kramer. Three models of this functional yet elegant handbag are available, boasting both timelessness and flexibility. (as)
