By introducing the new carpet tile collections ‘Ray’ and ‘Lume’, modulyss is celebrate the Haelo concept. With organic patterns, unique colour flows and multi-level loop texture, these carpet tile collections are suitable for a wide variety of interior designs.
“Inspired by the delicate beauty of water reflections, I wanted Haelo to capture the organic, ever-changing nature of light as it dances across water. Shimmering movement, abstract patterns, and soft contrasts flow together, echoing the transitions of light and shadow that ripple like waves", says Designer Joris Peutz. "Ray" is characterised by a calm linear and dotted pattern that creates gentle transitions and a harmonious look. The design conveys a natural, understated atmosphere and is particularly suitable for areas that need to radiate tranquillity and clarity. "Lume" has a more dynamic, irregular pattern with an iridescent effect which is reminiscent of shimmering light reflections and give rooms a lively, dynamic aura. The multi-level loop tactile luxury and a high-quality surface feel. Both collections are available in 16 colours – from warm neutral tones to cool grey shades. The combination of different yarn colours and varying pile heights creates a surface with a natural depth effect.
Sustainability is a central feature of the ‘Haelo’ design concept: "Ray" and "Lume" have been awarded Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver status, are made from Thrive® matter yarn containing 90 percent recycled material and feature the ecoBACK PLUS backing system made with recycled and bio-based materials. The collections have the lowest carbon footprint of all modulyss products to date. (am)
