Next Thursday and Friday, an expert architectural symposium at Pinakothek der Moderne will address the phenomenon of crossover between architecture, art and society. The events series, entitled "futureLAB by 3M", itself practices the selfsame principle of crossover.
Peter Ebner (Los Angeles & Munich) has joined forces with Munich Technical University's Architecture Museum and invited architects, engineers and artists - who will lecture on focal points of their work. And be able to exchange ideas on the fun of experimentation and the identification of new currents as the key stimulus for new developments.
The lecturers on Thursday: Kazuyo Sejima from Sanaa (Japan), Director of this year's Venice Architecture Biennial, Kivi Sotamaa (Finland), Farshid Moussavi from FOA (England), urban think tank (Venezuela) and Nieto Sobejano - Enrique Sobejano (Spain).
On Friday, Hani Rashid from Asymptote (USA), Bollinger + Grohmann (Germany), Mader Stublic Wiermann (Germany), Edouard François (France) and Hitoshi Abe (USA) will present their ideas and perspective.

Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010, 3 - 8 p.m.
and Friday, Oct. 15, 2010 1 - 6 p.m.
in the Ernst von Siemens Auditorium at Pinakothek der Moderne.
