Luxury with drip-off effect
"The Peninsula Paris" is one of the grand hotels in the French capital. The Beaux-Arts building from 1908 is located in the 16th arrondissement and provides a fantastic view of nearby sites such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.
It once housed the Unesco headquarters and was later the conference center for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The historical building re-opened its doors as a hotel in August 2014 following extensive modernization work spearheaded by architect Richard Martinet from Affine Design. The furnishings and fittings in the 200 rooms and suites of the five-star hotel are of high quality – and include the bathroom and wellness products of Villeroy & Boch.
The sanitary fittings installed aim to satisfy even the most discerning guests. They include the under-counter washstand from the Evana series, the washdown toilet and urinal from the Subway collection and toilet from the Architectura series.
