"One day, one cube" is a variable piece of furniture that offers all the functions needed in everyday working life - behind the compartments of different sizes are both extendable elements such as a tabletop or cube-shaped seats and storage space. Integrated sockets provide the power supply. After use, all versions can be quickly and easily returned to their original position.

"T.Reg" is a modular shelving system made of sheet steel which offers a wide range of design options with flexible sliding and rear wall elements: From shelves to sideboards to room dividers. Grooved wooden strips serve as a connecting element between the individual parts as well as a running strip.

A multifunctional and space-saving furniture made of coated chipboard and upholstery fabric. The elements of "ADAPTICO" offer many possibilities of use in one product, from an armchair to a small workstation with storage space in the side compartments, to a table for four people. Equipped with castors, they can be easily moved in position. If two individual parts are to be combined, magnets on the sides hold them together.

"Flex_T20" is a table whose triangular top can be adapted and extended in the spirit of social distance: From a single table to a group table for four people. As the table top is also foldable, it can be stored in a space-saving manner.

Lightweight room divider and stable seat block in one: 'Connecting Space, Connecting People' creates privacy when folded out and serves to create pleasant room acoustics. Folded up, it also offers a comfortable seat.

The "feather wall" is a flexible room divider made of thin plywood elements and steel parts. If required, it can also be dismantled flat and thus very space-saving. The product was realised by Klemens Grund as part of the cooperation "Generation Köln meets Werkraum Bregenzerwald".

A desk for the home office, which is attached to a wall-mounted rail and can be positioned at individual sitting or standing height for working. There is also a recess at the top of the rail, into which a bolt can snap to hold the desk to the ceiling when not in use.

"Between Spaces" is a concept for an intermediate use platform to strengthen neighbourhood development and prevent vacant businesses. The platform is intended to enable the brokerage of vacant commercial properties to intermediate users. Hosts should also be able to search for a suitable user in the platform's profiles and not have to wait for enquiries.

"V" is a mobile secretaire that can be used as a sitting or standing desk. Thanks to the four castors and the projecting V made of aluminium sheet with integrated handle function, the secretaire can be easily moved around the room. Four drawers provide lots of storage space; the flap serves as a desk pad.

Product/ Concept: "Self-disinfecting door handle"


The Chinese University of Hong Kong

A door handle that constantly sterilises itself by the help of light: Designed from a glass tube with aluminium caps at each end, covered with a photocatalytic coating of titanium dioxide. This helps to decompose bacteria through a chemical reaction activated by UV light. To ensure that the UV light is constantly illuminated, the handle is driven by an internal generator that converts the kinetic energy from the movement of the door when opening and closing into light energy.

"SoftShelf" is a minimalist shelving system with padded walls that absorb noise. Shelves, storage space closed with doors or a work surface can be inserted into the hidden suspensions.
