The IXO table in classic oblong or as a “superellipse”. This shape is a synthesis of the ellipse and the oblong. Its supple, fluid interweaving radii are juxtaposed with the precise, orthogonal structure of its base frame. The refined support structure appears as a thick, solid frame or a transparent, vertical grille, depending on viewing angle. The reflective nature of the polished chrome base-frame surface adopts the colours of ist surroundings and creates the impression of a floating tabletop.
