01 product description
Product description
Flaminia showed Leggera for the first time in 2007 as a prototype. It is a bath-tub produced in pietraluce and designed by a young woman, Gilda Borgnini, during the "Flaminia Experience" course, which Flaminia and the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan organized between October 2006 and April 2007.
It is characterized by taut light shapes, like a folded tissue holding water; Leggera with its important dimensions is an object of great impact and above all the main feature of a bathroom. Lying in this bath-tub people can find themselves again, getting free from the heavy daily routine, in a play of empty and full spaces where light lines, thin surfaces and imperceptible volumes are the real protagonists.

Visitor and exhibitor numbers almost matched those of the previous year and an upbeat outlook was palpable - almost defying the crisis, as it were.
