“The inspiration for the design comes from Icelandic houses, where not only the roofs but also the façades are covered by corrugated sheet metal. That got me thinking of how to introduce that feature, that feeling, into an interior space,” says designer Anya Sebton. Scala XL is perfect for vertical mounting on a wall. Available in convex and concave forms. The core of the sound absorber is made partially from recycled polyester. The surface of the sound absorber is customisable, available in a wide variety of fabrics and colours.
