Revival vs. Innovation

The grand review: These are the trends and highlights of this year's Milan furniture fair.
An essential presence, super modern. The fulcrum of contemporary living. Ilvolo is the iconic table designed by Riccardo Blumer which has won over the public with its elegant and highly refined minimalism and it is finally being presented in the new, long awaited extendable edition. A new version that Alias has studied and developed with an eye to every constructive detail allowing it to present a solution of superior manageability. Even in the new extendable configuration, ilvolo follows a formal logic that is fully consistent with the static version already in the catalogue. Two aluminium guides have been introduced inside the central tabletop enabling the table to be lengthened in one direction. The guides, and therefore the table, can be locked by means of a series of small levers located under the tabletop. A 60cm extension can be inserted into the space opened on the central plane after lengthening. Two sizes are available: 133,5cm (extendable to 193,5cm) and 193,5cm (extendable to 253,5cm). In the second version an additional extension of 45cm is available (purchased separately) that makes the table 298,5cm long.
|Length||1335 - 1935 mm / 1935 - 2535 mm / 2535 - 2985 mm|
|Table top shape||rectangle with rounded corners|
|Colors||shades of brown|
