For the Carte Blanche collection, Belgian-Australian designer Danny Venlet created a mobile desk-seat. The round seat rests on three castors and has been designed in such a way as to serve as a place of retreat where users can withdraw to with all their p
ortables (laptop, mobile phone, …). Often confronted in waiting areas with unconfortable seating which doesn’t allow to work for a while, Venlet wanted to create a seat which unites sitting and working.
The injection moulded frame
in EPS (Expanded Polystyren) is covered with 3D knitted fabrics, available in 5 different colours: black, red, gold, green and grey. The legs are available on castors or on glides.
