Our first choice for cutting and work boards is wood. Not just because of its natural beauty, but also and most importantly because of the anti-bacterial properties of the tannins present in wood that make this material so food-friendly. To make their surfaces resistant to all the rigors of use, all boards - with the exception of the bread cutting board - are oiled.
The bulthaup cutting boards made from natural maple are available in lengths of 45 and 31.7 cm. With their stainless steel handles, a good grip is also guaranteed. The smaller of the two boards can also be used as a breakfast board.
