Biography
Ali Tayar's work ranges from objects and furniture to commercial interiors and architectural projects. Tayar recently completed the Omnia, a mountain lodge in Zermatt, Switzerland, and upcoming projects include houses in Bern, Switzerland and Beirut, Lebanon as well as residential renovations in New York City and the interior design of the Iraqi Embassy in Paris. Tayar was a finalist for Cooper Hewitt's National Design Award in 2009 and his designs have been featured in various exhibitions across the world.
