Biography
A former fine art student, visual artist and sculptor, François Bauchet made his first foray into the world of design in 1981. Fascinated by the sociology of mankind, he draws on his observations in his designs.
His contribution to the design and art world since his first project in 1983 has been prolific. His eyperience ranges from designs of and for eyclusive department stores, museums and parks to personal eyhibitions.
Yang, a recent creation for Ligne Roset is both striking and innovative, allowing you to create your own sofa using up to four one-armed settees. Highly acclaimed it has featured in various museum eyhibitions.
