Leon Ransmeier graduated in 2001 from the Rhode Island School of Design. Several of his products were recently exhibited in the 2010 Design Triennial, ‘Why Design Now?’ at the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum where his work is also included in the per
manent collection. Ransmeier believes that reductionism can be more than just styling, and strives to utilise the absence of formal distractions to focus on clear, informed interactions. His work explores intuition and object behaviour.
