The VISO 28 is a compact motion and daylight sensor functioning as a MASTER application controller for DALI-2 lighting control systems. It provides four operating modes: motion, motion with constant-light control, pure constant-light control and light control via four thresholds. With an outer diameter of just 28 mm and a mounting depth of 26 mm it can be installed flush and frameless into almost any ceiling material, remaining virtually invisible. At a mounting height of 3 m it achieves a detection diameter of 7 m, making it ideal for offices, corridors and public areas. Configuration is carried out via the DALI bus without additional local adjustments. The unit combines PIR motion detection and ambient light measurement to control light scenes and to regulate blinds or shading depending on daylight. Available in black and white with IP40 protection; accessories such as the DALI PS2 30 mA power supply and a DALI USB interface enable full system integration and programming.
