The sand cast base, in solid brass or aluminium, features the Ghyczy logo. Typical for the sand-casting process, small irregularities may exist, even in the polished surface. The 15 mm glass plate is available clear or satin and 40 × 40 cm or 50 × 50 cm sizes.
