Vestre: GLADE by Allan Hagerup

With GLADE, Vestre is expanding its product line to include a pergola structure for public spaces. The open aluminum structure combines sun protection with a clear spatial layout, creating defined gathering areas in plazas, parks, on college campuses, and other outdoor spaces.

Horizontal slats filter sunlight and create a shifting interplay of light and shadow. The arrangement of the elements provides protection from direct sunlight without restricting sightlines or movement. GLADE is available in rectangular and pentagonal configurations as well as in various heights and can be used as a single unit or in combination with multiple modules.

The structure is made entirely of extruded and cast aluminum. Custom-made profiles integrate structural requirements, connections, and mounting directly into the design. Additionally, aluminum and wood slats, as well as 200 RAL colors, are available for different finishes.
