Brunner: bond by Sebastian Herkner
A striking molded plywood band defines the silhouette and connects the backrest and frame into a harmonious whole.
The “bond” wooden chair, designed by Sebastian Herkner, is characterized by a continuous band of molded plywood that connects the backrest and frame and, depending on the version, extends all the way to the armrests. The construction defines the clean silhouette and combines artisanal design with precise craftsmanship.
The chair is available in upholstered or unupholstered versions, as well as with or without armrests. Various configurations make it suitable for use in cafeterias, restaurants, and meeting rooms. The version without armrests is stackable and ideal for commercial settings.
