Expormim: Leku by Javier Pastor
Leku, where design becomes place
Leku—Basque for “place”—unites two typologies in one sculptural vision. Inspired by Eduardo Chillida, the collection explores the tension between emptiness and volume, light and matter.
Dining tables with egg-shaped fused glass tops rest on solid sapele legs, their textured surfaces reflecting the landscape. Coffee tables translate the idea more quietly: aluminium structures rise like archaic roots, holding glass that captures and softens light.
Art, architecture and craft converge in pieces conceived as inhabitable sculpture.
