The world of work has changed massively in recent years: A new idea of corporate culture brings with it innovative forms of collaboration and sustainable thinking. On its microsite "Brunner Future Works," the contract furniture manufacturer Brunner is now devoting itself to this transformation process in order to help shape the future of work. The aim is to provide an overview of new concepts and to open up mental spaces with various theses. Different room scenarios, which are assigned to the respective theses, serve as a source of inspiration. Through various furniture typologies and their possible uses, the company also shows what conceptual and design possibilities lie in the resulting working worlds.

To this end, Brunner works with five theses that are intended to illustrate the cultural change, structural change and ecological change in today's working world. The first thesis, "From company to community," demonstrates how communicative islands of encounter can be created from demarcated office spaces. One spatial scenario for this is the "cafeteria of the future," which helps to strengthen body, mind and community in the form of a relaxed atmosphere. In the second thesis, "From status quo to status go," Brunner deals with the digital transformation in companies, which also requires specific spatial concepts: For example, the agile workshop of the future focuses on functionality, adaptability and changeability. Modular construction elements are used here, with which flexible tech rooms can be implemented. With the third thesis, "From address to attitude," Brunner outlines a corporate culture in which working environments reflect a brand's individual understanding of values. This can be seen in a new meeting culture, where rooms allow both formal and informal exchange and at the same time offer space for concentrated collaboration. The fourth thesis, "From walls to horizons," illustrates the possibilities of open office landscapes and their impact on room design and furniture selection.

In the fifth thesis, "From self to society," Brunner finally devotes itself to ecological change and rethinking sustainable action. Working with recycled or recyclable materials plays just as important a role here as transparent education about corporate values, with the sustainable processing and design of products also taking on new significance. With "Brunner Future Works", Brunner is also giving this topic a face and inviting users to enter into a dialog in order to explore future working worlds together.
