In the form of “Accura”, Burgbad has launched a new design line where the washstands become the creative heart of your bathroom. The washstands feature clean lines and no handles at all; they are designed using ceramic that is a mere 12 millimeters thick. Other highlights include perfectly mitered units as well as fronts for the under-basin cabinets boasting high-grade lacquered or veneered surfaces. The fronts come with a 45-degree mitered cut on three edges such that the panel edges create seams that are highly refined in appearance. At the same time, the horizontal lines of the washstand and drawers are emphasized by a deep shadow joint. The pared-back overall look is rounded out by a recessed grip at the upper edge of the drawer front to enable easy opening.

"Accura” consists of only a few basic elements and yet offers you a great range of design options: The filigree ceramic washstands are, for example, available in gloss white, satin black, or taupe. Added to which there are five different widths with an asymmetrically positioned basin and the units come with either a single or a double washbasin. The collection also includes countless surfaces for the washstands: There are a large number of different lacquer colors, such as white, sand, sage grey, reed, light grey, grey, dark grey, and anthracite, and each tone can be supplied in satin, ultra-matt or high-gloss variants. Moreover, Burgbad offers a selection of 12 trend colors that it constantly updates and can also provide any color you want from the RAL range, or even surfaces finished in real untreated oak or knotty oak wood veneers. One special design element: the anthracite-colored aluminum-frame doors with fluted glass fronts. These can be used with the fitted cabinet elements of the 1,100mm-wide washstand lower cabinets or the 1,400mm-wide washstand units and further expand the design spectrum.

The “Accura” line also includes various bathroom mirrors, such as a rectangular illuminated mirror with an LED strip running round it – which with its black reflective aluminum frame (it’s white on the inside) fits perfectly into the collection’s minimalist concept. It comes in different shapes and sizes, ranging from square to longer portrait or landscape formats. Burgbad also offers a circular LED-lit mirror to round things out; the larger models even boast integrated mirror heating. The line also comes with mirror cabinets in six different widths; these boast LED lighting where the light temperature and strength can be regulated. Other features include power sockets, glass drawer bottoms, a magnifying mirror, a magnetic strip, and even LED washstand lighting. Extra storage space is provided by a two-door high cabinet unit and a single-door half-high cabinet. Like the washstand unit and the other cabinets, they are both mounted on the wall. In this way, and thanks to the mixture of precision, design diversity, and functionality, you can create a great number of scenarios for your bathroom, from highly expressive through to great tranquility.
