Crises are often best dealt with by means of creative solutions. Over recent months, burgbad has shown how well this can work: Back in the spring of this year, the Westphalian bathroom furnishings specialist presented its product innovations at ISH digital with a hybrid exhibition stand: constructed for real, to be explored digitally. “We didn’t want a purely virtual presence at the exhibition, but rather a ‘real’ one that is merely transported digitally. With burgbad@home, we aim to give our customers a trade-show experience that is as true to life as possible – as good as it gets. To this end, we are using cutting-edge event technology,” says Marketing Director Sabine Meissner. The interactive live showcase burgbad@home for ISH digital was a resounding success – and is still available to explore digitally around the clock and from anywhere in the world. As a visitor, you can move intuitively around the exhibition stand, click on products and take a closer look using the zoom function. For each design there are also direct links to detailed information, catalogues and installation videos. The innovations presented at burgbad@home, for example, include the “Max 2.0” collection of solitaire furniture items, the “Lin 20” range of modular, handle-free fittings, additions to the “Sys30” system range, and the “rl40” mirror cabinet, which can be integrated into the smart home complete with voice recognition.

Yet that’s not all: Under the motto “Bathrooms on tour”, burgbad is currently sending its exclusive show truck around Europe laden with a choice of the most important product innovations and additions to its range. Retailers and bathroom planners can view and try out for themselves the sinks, mirror cabinets and lighting systems from burgbad conveniently in their regions. “It’s not merely a promotional tour, but also an attempt to provide our customers with solid support,” says Sabine Meissner. The roadshow thus actively complements the product presentation and the informational offering of the trade show event burgbad@home – and also offers the option to feel and try out the burgbad products in person. Information and sign-up options for the relevant stops are available on burgbad’s website. With the courage to experiment, customer-oriented service and a grounded, hands-on mentality, burgbad is thus showing fresh impulses in bathroom fittings in innovative ways and creating new possibilities for dialogue with bathroom planners and architects during the pandemic.
