Cleaf 2023: JIOMETORI

With "Jiometori", the family-owned company Cleaf offers an exceptionally versatile texture with a geometric composition that is visually and haptically an experience.
2/9/2023

Cleaf, the Italian manufacturer of coated panels, laminates and edgebands for furniture as well as interior design found the inspiration for the "Jiometori" texture in a unique place: the impressive tomb in San Vito d'Altivole, which Carlo Scarpa designed in the 1970s to honour the industrialist Giuseppe Brion. With an interplay of geometric forms and the skilful use of decorative materials such as Murano glass, gilding and lime plasters, the building made of reinforced concrete has a sculptural character that remains fascinating to this day. Cleaf has translated the composition of the geometries into an artistic texture collection for "Jiometori", which is available as a top board, laminate and ABS edge. In combination with decorative papers, plain colours or metal and stone effects, a wide range of exciting surfaces can be created with "Jiometori". Due to the 3D structure, the texture can also be experienced haptically. (am)
