Gira 2022: GIRA E2 SURFACE-MOUNTED BLACK MATT

With its reduced design language, the "Gira E2" switch range is almost something of a design classic. It has now been expanded to include a surface-mounted solution that is also available in matt black and includes a lighting element for the surface-mounted housing. The lighting element can simply be inserted into the surface-mounted housing instead of an adapter for cable entry and provides discreet lighting with low power consumption. The surface-mounted version of "Gira E2" is not only suitable for retrofitting, but also for rooms where no cables and flush-mounted boxes are to be installed in the wall. One example is lofts whose industrial charm is to be preserved. But the new surface-mounted variant is also suitable for functional rooms: there, for example, it increases safety by helping the lighting element to find its way in dimly lit or even unlit rooms.
