For the holistic show, the international brand in the "New Luxury Segment" Occhio has chosen a special place: The glass pavilion of Villa Necchi Campiglio. The villa from the 1930s is a magnificent example of the Milanese Novecento style and offers an ideal stage for Occhio products. For the first time, the new "Luna" lamp series will be presented, which includes wall, ceiling, table and pendant lamps. The design of their glass bodies is inspired by the fascinating effect of the moon: A shimmer thus extends over the globes, giving it a special shine. Depending on the version, "Luna" is head- or base-mirrored and available in three sizes. For the surfaces, you can choose between "dark chrome" and "phantom", which give the lamps a mystical presence in the room. This is also underlined by the "Fireball" light source patented by Occhio, which offers a pleasantly soft, glare-free and at the same time directed light. In interaction, the light source in the mirrored glass sphere appears like a self-sufficient element. Luna" is controlled via simple gestures or the Occhio air app – with the option of dimming the lighting and changing the colour temperature, different atmospheres can be created. "Light is pure emotion for me. With 'new horizons' we have created an experience dedicated to precisely these feelings. An installation in which people can experience the deep emotions that light evokes," says Axel Meise, Founder and Designer of Occhio. (am)
