At the upcoming Salone del Mobile Cos is cooperating with the artist Phillip K. Smith III.

In the courtyard and garden of the Palazzo Isimbardi in Milan, a sculptural installation by the American artist will be on display from 17 to 22 April 2018 in collaboration with the British fashion label Cos. Phillip K. Smith plans to use the changing sunlight and the movement of the viewer to interact with his work on the grounds of the Renaissance building from the 16th century. "Characterised by ever-changing spatial and temporal elements, every visitor’s experience of the installation will be entirely individual." says Philipp K. Smith. In parallel with the Salone del Mobile international furniture fair, Cos has been working with artists, designers and architects since 2012, most recently with Nendo, Snarkitecture and Gary Card.
