Perfect Fits
With its new range of showers named “Infinity Showers”, the bathroom fittings experts at Villeroy & Boch have developed a sculptural design that looks good in every setting: Angular in shape, the elegant shower heads and thermostats are available in either ‘shiny chrome’ or a deep ‘matt black’. Bathroom utensils can be placed on practical frosted glass shelves which look especially elegant in combination with the metal elements. The “Infinity Showers” range features seven different versions all of which boast intuitive operation and cleaning. The functions of the hand shower include three spray modes, which can be adjusted from gentle to pulsating to powerful at the touch of a button. Moreover, the height, position and angle of the hand shower can be quickly set as desired. And if you prefer the overhead shower, you can enjoy the sensation of being in a waterfall. The temperature setting can be controlled precisely and safely using the retractable push button and thanks to easily understandable pictograms there is no confusing the various functions. In addition, the safety lock at 38° centigrade and the CoolTap technology which prevents the thermostat body from heating up ensure peace of mind.
With its clear lines and focus on the essentials the “Conum” mixer series by Christian Haas for Villeroy & Boch boasts a striking design: A conical body is set directly on the ceramic and requires no cover plate. The tapered shape follows on dynamically from the narrow spout and is topped by an elegant lever that glides smoothly rather than tilting in the classic way. It can also be positioned to the side or as a three-hole version for the free-standing version. Meanwhile the laminar jet regulator ensures a splash-free water jet and also reduces the formation of aerosols. In total, “Conum” comprises seven washstand mixers, three bathroom mixers, two concealed single-lever mixers, and two concealed thermostats for the shower. Depending on the project and style they are available in ‘chrome’, ‘brushed gold’, ‘matt brushed nickel’, or ‘matt black’.
The mixers and bathroom ceramics this traditional company creates are not only highly durable but also exhibit perfectly harmonized angles, curves and lines ensuring users will love not only the quality but also the appearance of their chosen product. “Top Together” is the name of this clever design strategy, which offers architects and planners maximum scope for creativity: The Villeroy & Boch combination chart shows which mixer is compatible with which washstand. From A for "Antao" via S for "Subway 3.0" to V for "Venticello" the perfect match for your bathroom can be found quickly and easily.
