A touch of the Orient

Designer Michael Sieger has created a modern interpretation inspired by Chinese culture and porcelain art. For the Emperor’s Garden decor, fine 24-carat gold is applied and polished by hand.

A visit to a museum exhibition dedicated to porcelain’s country of origin inspired Michael Sieger. He was fascinated not only by the colours, but also by the traditional patterns. MY CHINA! Emperor’s Garden should therefore also be seen as a homage to Chinese culture and the decors it gives rise to.

The colourful pieces can also be combined with other pieces, in particular MY CHINA! Treasure Gold and MY CHINA! White from SIEGER by FÜRSTENBERG.
