Flächenlicht

To emphasize the aesthetic expression of living elements with elegant lighting, this is now part of the standard repertoire of sophisticated interior design. Wall paneling, ceilings, counters, columns or moldings - they all receive a completely different attention and elegance through lighting. Not to mention the functional benefits of lighting.
However, the higher the demands are in the design of the living elements, the more complex the lighting challenges become. For example, when it comes to free-form shapes or special materiality, conventional methods quickly reach their limits. Examples of such limitations: With the usual light box, the large construction depth is often a problem. The classic edge injection of light, on the other hand, is hardly suitable for free-form shapes, since here light can only be distributed homogeneously in parallel, rectangular shapes. Ambright has developed a technological solution for free-form area light, the Dot Injection Panel (area light). Using this innovation, light is injected into a light-conducting material at specific points and then distributed homogeneously over the surface, thus making freely formable lighting objects possible.
