Together with Bonaldo, Alain Gilles has designed the "Louver Table", a dining table which the Venetian manufacturer created to emphasise the appeal of exquisite materials.
BonaldoGroove
Groove is a collection of storage units for the bedroom consisting of a drawer chest and two bedside tables made out of Canaletto walnut. The system's items have been designed with the aim of creating an object characterised by a linear and graphic purity: the wooden modules, which form the drawers, the sides and the top rest on a metal structure that serves as a base, are characterised by an exaggerated geometric linearity, captivating in its rigour.
In the Groove collection, the simplistic geometry of the modular elements emphasises their practical function: this is mainly the case with the grooves on the front section, which are particularly highlighted by the design and serve as handles without being visible.
