The new “New Nordic”

Young Scandinavian labels and their designers are riding the wave of continuing success. But why is it that Neo-Scandinavianism is such a hit?
A clean-‐cut dining chair that's great to sit in, the design of which clearly shows how Hans J. Wegner was heavily inspired by Shaker craftsmanship. The chair is closely associated with Wegner´s CH37 dining chair with armrests and is also a popular choice for conference and church use. The seat is beautifully hand woven in sturdy paper cord, either in natural or black. Available in Danish hardwoods (oak, beech) in a variety of finishes (soap, oil, lacquer, stained).
