A light touch and a novel combination of shapes provide the inspiration for Lyze by Florent Coirier, a collection that teams aluminium with steel. The framework of the chairs, in extruded aluminium, is combined with a seat in die-cast aluminium and a backrest formed by a pattern of stainless steel circles. The frame and the backrest are fixed mechanically, using screws, to allow for the creation of numerous colour combinations between the seat and the backrest. The coffee table, with aluminium structure and fibre-cement top, completes the collection.
