The subtle difference

Light + Building recently closed its doors to the public in Frankfurt/Main. Which topics are people still talking about? Here is Stylepark’s retrospective overview of the fair.
Odeon is an innovative interpretation of the role of a floor lamp: no longer a distant presence, flooding an entire room with intense, at times invasive, light, it becomes an understated yet elegant presence interacting with the interior design to create reflected light in an intensity that depends on its position, a variable that depends on the user’s intuition and interaction, simply by moving it to the desired position. Covered in leather, a warm, natural, touch-friendly material, it has a finger loop for moving it around the home.
Pointed towards a wall it creates a wall-washer effect, the width of which will depend on its distance from the wall. The 4 different colours available mean it suits a variety of settings and personalities: white with blue stitching, orange with black stitching, dark brown with brown stitching, cognac with rope stitching. Fitted with a fluorescent light source, Odeon teams excellent lighting performance with low energy consumption. Odeon is perfect for the consumer who enjoys a dynamic home life with a personal new conception of illumination.
