On the occasion of Stockholm Design Week 2018 Foscarini hosted a reception at the Italian Embassy in the Swedish capital.

Twiggy table XL and Twiggy reading lamps stand out due to the synthesis between absolute simplicity and strong personality, the balance in the design can be seen in the geometrical proportions and the refined elegance of the monochromatic treatment of all the lamp elements. The signature "cut-off" diffuser on the Twiggy models, including the table XL and reading lamp versions, ensures glare protection and perfect luminous function both downwards and upwards.
Reading lamp made of composite lacquered material on a fibre glass base, available in four colour finishes. The diffuser guarantees maximum exploitation of the light source which offers directing lighting downwards and effective reflection of the light upwards, thanks to the transparency of the upper protection disc. The simple, colour-coordinated base fits even in small spaces, thanks to its flat shape.
