The half-shade of this lamp is a metal cast of a turtle’s shell, permitting the light to be angled toward the side against a wall or downward. The socket fits halogen bulbs (a halogen bulb is included). A sensor allows for dimming the light. The lampshade and base are sand cast and only partially polished.
