Learning from the forest

In Luxembourg, a new school takes up the surrounding forest in the design of its facade. Its panels were provided by perforated metal specialist RMIG who also acted as a consultant for all aspects of the project.

Perforated sun screens for improved indoor environment
When the Havelland Elementary School in Berlin expanded in 2009, RMIG supplied perforated metal for the functional and aesthetically designed sun screens for this 880 m² building. The screens reduce the amount of direct sunlight, thus creating a better learning environment.
