Product description

Perforated sheets give unique visual character to facade
The university mountains HiB short - is a state university in the Norwegian city of Bergen. It has approximately 6700 students and 620 staff in summer 2008 by the University of Bergen, the second largest educational institution in the city.

Perforated sheets give unique visual character to facade

A unique facade linking 5 buildings together is part of a major building project carried out at Bergen University College. RMIG has supplied the 3 mm aluminium sheets used for this unusual facade. The varying perforation sizes provide a dynamic effect and create different patterns when seen up close or from a distance. The facade also changes appearance according to the light and weather conditions.
