What’s on the table

This is the Magistretti's most recent contribution to Schiffini. It proposes an aesthetic embellished by the insertion of new graphic design elements: the die-cast handle with its original design with variable section, the thin aluminium profiles between
the slats and the glass, silkscreened with transparent lozenges, the vertical rhythm of which is contrasted with the horizontality of the bases.
The linearity of the slats, made of lacquered aluminium or covered in rosewood, combined with the functi
onality of the large extractable drawers, creates a refined, technological combination.
The doors are made with drawn 6060 aluminium alloy elements, paired and covered with wood veneering, dyed and painted acrylic transparent opaque, or lacquered in
the colours of the series. The doors are closed by lateral and horizontal profiles made of drawn aluminium in a natural chemical anodised finish.
The sectional structure allows great freedom for different designs and envisages a complete programme o
f conventional doors for floor units and column units and conventional and folding doors for the wall units. The extractable elements have two exclusive programmes of small and large drawers, "Box One System" (30 cm to 60 cm module) and "Sp
ace System" (75 cm to 150 cm module, and over up to 210 cm for the models made entirely of aluminium).
