High up in the Highlands, there is a new culinary gem that forms the first outpost of the top Spanish restaurant ‘El Celler de Can Rocan’. It is owned by ‘The Macallan’, a well-known whisky distillery that has had its 200-year heritage transformed into an extraordinary restaurant experience by architect David Thulstrup.

Philipp Mainzer founded the furniture brand e15 in the 1990s. For the launch, he decided to go against the trend and designed a table made from recycled wood scraps, the pure design of which is still groundbreaking today: "Bigfoot".

Aaron Wessels is an architect and designer, realizes interiors, small-scale architecture, and spatial concepts, creates both product designs and sculptural objects. In our conversation he reveals how he came to have his own practice, discusses his creative roles, and why Copenhagen is not an easy place for young creative people.
