FAST is presenting three new product lines in harmony with nature: the “Ria” seating series, the “Mosaiko” table collection and the “Onda” outdoor rug collection.
Rías are narrow coves along a coast which recall Norwegian fjords, owing to their silhouettes and poetic appearance. They are a land that welcomes and contains the sea and boats, and similarly, the curved and enveloping body of this line of seats accommodates the comfort and well-being of the body. With the launch of the Ria collection, Fast introduces the use of waterproof ropes for the first time; together with the extensive range of water-repellent and waterproof fabrics, these ropes can be combined with the brand’s principal material, aluminium. Indeed, the Ria dining armchair, a preview of which was presented at the beginning of 2020, was made specifically with this material. The aluminium frame - which is solid, light-weight and long-lasting - is now teamed with partially or fully woven ropes, which make up the backrest and emphasise the tactile effect, as if it were a tailor-made garment.
The Ria collection is a seating line comprising dining armchairs (available in three versions: aluminium, aluminium with partially woven rope and aluminium with fully woven rope), a lounge chair, an armchair, a 2/3 seater sofa and a daybed, all with woven rope and accessorised with additional cushions for complete well-being. The collection is also available in six new colour palettes and it is perfect for both residential and contract use.
