During Milan Design Week, Gaggenau will be presenting an extensive exhibition with a side programme in the magnificent Villa Necchi Campiglio from 7 to 11 June.
The VP 230 Vario Teppan Yaki
With the VP 230 Vario Teppan Yaki, food can be cooked on the smooth hard-chromed metal surface, in the traditional Japanese manner. Precise temperature regulation is possible. This means the food can be cooked and kept warm using a maximum power output of 1800 Watts. The two spatulas supplied can be used to turn flash-fried fish or vegetables and stir the sauce. The surface remains easy to clean throughout.
The VP 230 Teppan Yaki, 28,8 cm wide, finished in stainless steel, and integrated knobs, can be combined with the other Vario appliances in the 200 series.
