A PLAYFUL SEAT. Filuren offers fantasy play and physical activity in a natural way, by being included in the furnishings for a waiting room, but also works well in libraries, pre-schools and other similar areas for children.
Play and fantasy are children's most important tool for learning and developing. Physical activity is important for children's health, and combats physical illness. Besides being a fun sitting area, Filuren is also a storage unit, which shows how valuable and important playtime and children's toys are, especially in a healthcare situation. Picture books and some small objects can fit in there. Filuren is mainly intended for children aged 1-4. The furniture has been safety tested, and is stable enough for an adult to sit on, or to be a support for a toddler taking its first steps. The ears have been made using surplus textile from our production of DU & jag, etc.
Manufactured using FSC Mix certified birch wood. As a standard, it is available in a clear lacquer finish, or in a black or white stained finish. Optional NCS colour at an additional charge.
