Developed by Cleaf, the "Matrice" texture represents a modern evolution of the primary "Matrix", originally created from sandblasted larch. This reinterpretation introduces a design that combines movement and natural character.

Cleaf recently celebrated its 50th anniversary with impressive installations, created by Calvi Brambilla & Partners. In this interview, the creative minds behind the project join managing director Roberto Caspani to give us an insight into their multifaceted collaboration and the new designs ‘Matrice’ and ‘Nebulosa’.

Inzink Design have developed inspiring room-in-room installations for Cleaf with the ‘Living Small Project’, which are on display in the CCube corporate showroom in Lissone. The creative settings are an ideal stage for the wide range of colours, high-quality surfaces and textures that the family-run company offers for furniture and interior design.

For the new ‘Sbalzo’ surface, the creative team at Cleaf has developed a three-dimensional effect that enhances the perception of depth.

Cleaf called its creative installation "Like a bar", which was developed in collaboration with Bestetti Associati and Audo Architects. It is the perfect example of how powerful surfaces are in shaping the atmosphere of a room and how many options Cleaf offers to personalise it.

With "Tolda", Cleaf has designed a surface that is inspired by boat planks and brings a maritime aesthetic to interiors.

The Italian family business Cleaf offers high-quality surface materials for furniture and interior design. New in the programme is the "Traccia" texture, which is characterised by a contrast in the microstructure.

“Cleaf Club”, the installation produced in cooperation with Campos Costa Arquitetos, is on display in CCube in Lissone up until mid-March 2023. It involved transforming the corporate showroom, the creative heart of Cleaf, into a club complete with dancefloor and lounge. In our interview, architect Pedro Campos Costa and Cleaf Managing Director Roberto Caspani explain what is behind the Cleaf products.

With "Jiometori", the family-owned company Cleaf offers an exceptionally versatile texture with a geometric composition that is visually and haptically an experience.

"Lacca" by Cleaf is a new surface finish that offers the effect that would be created in the course of lacquering with a matt look.
