Knoll: Perron Pillo Sofa by Willo Perron

Multidisciplinary designer Willo Perron, known for his work in music and fashion with artists like Kanye West and brands like American Apparel, has collaborated with Knoll to create a modular sofa. Originally designed for a private residential project, the concept caught the eye of Jonathan Olivares, Knoll’s Senior Vice President of Design. Together, they scaled down the oversized concept to a "human scale" that still feels impressively spacious.

The result, the 'Pillo Sofa', is a fully modular system that can be arranged in various configurations to suit different spaces. It’s available in a range of fabric options, with Perron’s preferred choice being a light, subtly textured linen. The sofa embodies Perron’s minimalist aesthetic while balancing comfort and functionality, showcasing his vision of contemporary, understated design.
