serien.lighting: DON by da Costa & Wolf

With DON, serien.lighting expands its line of hand-blown glass lighting fixtures to include a distinctly rounded design language. Designed by Jean-Marc da Costa, the lighting family includes ceiling, suspension, and wall fixtures and is available in various sizes and finishes.

The rotationally symmetrical glass body is handcrafted and available in clear or nickel-silver-colored glass. It is complemented by a luminaire unit made of high-gloss polished aluminum. A tool-free bayonet lock connects the two components and emphasizes the modular design.

Various optics are available depending on the type and application. Glass lenses enable narrow- or wide-beam light, while a microprismatic optic provides glare-free general lighting. For the Wall variants, mirrored, shielded, and up/down optics are also available.

DON Ceiling and Wall are available in sizes XS, S, and M with diameters of 172, 217, and 303 millimeters. The suspension version is available in S and M and can be configured with either delicate steel cables or a tubular suspension system. Thanks to the variety of sizes, optics, and mounting options, DON can be used as a single fixture or in groups or clusters.
