The project “Van B. Very urban living” reinvented urban living in Munich, combining innovative architecture, art and urban lifestyle in a sophisticated way. The flagship property offers space for flexible living space and offices. Set in the middle of an avenue of plane trees, the dynamic facade impresses with asymmetrical projections and an intriguing duality of materials. Copper-coloured metal and rough glassfibre reinforced concrete elements prove to be the perfect combination. Distinctive and elegant at the same time, this blends the boundaries between inside and outside. The wide range of available colours, textures, surfaces and formats helped the architects to find the best facade solution for them.
