Salone del Mobile 2020 is cancelled
Due to the increased worldwide spread of the coronavirus, the 59th edition of the Salone del Mobile will not take place.

Due to the worldwide spread of the coronavirus, the 59th edition of the Salone del Mobile in 2020 is cancelled. The next international furniture fair in Milan will take place from 13 to 18 April 2021.

Less appearance, more being: The Salone 2018 showed the first steps of a reorientation away from the pure trend show. Still a little cautious with loud statements one played rather quiet tones, which convinced however with thought-out concepts and technical advancements.
The new joy of playful opulence was celebrated at the Salone del Mobile 2017: Upholstered furniture was once again allowed to wear velvet and fringes, surfaces in gold and copper gleamed in competition and a tendency towards large decorative forms could also be observed in the luminaires.
